Consulting business related to Reduce,
Reuse or Recycle industrial wastes

For business establishments that have obtained environmental certifications, including SDGs certification, we understand that you are making significant efforts to further enhance your environmental performance.
Efforts to reduce environmental impact are ongoing, requiring the setting and adjustment of environmental goals in response to changes in social conditions and the business environment. At the same time, it is essential to continuously adopt newly developed management technologies, recycling methods, and other innovations.
At our company, we have long worked closely with each establishment to understand their specific situations and challenges, offering tailored solutions for the reduction, reuse, and recycling of all waste materials, including valuable resources. We also provide a wide range of tools and methods to support these initiatives.
Additionally, we assist in addressing concerns such as ensuring the reliability of current contractors handling valuable materials or waste and improving efficiency in waste-related operations. If you are interested, please do not hesitate to contact us.

In recent years, the term “urban mining” has become widely recognized, and the necessity of recovering precious metals and rare metals from circuit boards, mobile phones, and digital devices has gained attention. At Bioworld Corporation, we have been purchasing scrap containing such valuable metals from both domestic and international customers for over 20 years. Instead of exporting these materials overseas, we carry out resource recycling entirely within Japan.
“Since our company’s establishment, it has become a standard practice for businesses to comply with regulations and minimize their environmental impact in their operations. Furthermore, the general public in Japan has come to understand the importance of securing resources domestically. As a result, an increasing number of individuals and organizations have aligned with our long-standing philosophy of properly recycling waste entirely within Japan.
One of the key aspects of our recycling system that we would like to highlight is our commitment to sparing no effort to ensure proper recycling. When recycling equipment and devices entrusted to us by our customers, we adhere to the principle of conducting “manual disassembly” for all items. While other companies often rely on mechanical shredding or machine-based sorting processes, we intentionally avoid such methods.

This approach stems from our focus on efficiently recovering valuable resources, particularly trace amounts of precious metals and rare metals contained in equipment and devices. Even the most advanced large-scale sorting machines often operate with significant losses when viewed from this perspective. By contrast, we consider “manual disassembly” to be the optimal pre-treatment method, as it minimizes energy consumption associated with large-scale machinery and reduces resource recovery losses to the greatest extent possible. For these reasons, we actively adopt manual disassembly as our primary recycling method.

Another reason we prioritize “manual disassembly” is the strong demand from vocational training facilities for people with disabilities. The dismantling work outsourced to these facilities has received highly positive feedback from the individuals performing the tasks. Comments such as “Dismantling is fun!”, “My family praised me, saying I’m doing something meaningful, which makes me happy!”, and “I want to do more dismantling work!” highlight their enthusiasm and satisfaction.
Moreover, the wages we pay for the “manual disassembly” work serve as a crucial source of income for these individuals. Our payments are regarded as relatively high compared to other types of work, which not only garners appreciation from the facilities and workers but also contributes to social welfare.
In fact, many devices and equipment that were previously discarded as waste can be purchased by our company as valuable materials. Moreover, these items serve as an important source of work for individuals with disabilities. If your business disposes of items containing a large amount of metal, please feel free to contact us.
